About twenty-five million people visit England every year. Nearly all of them go to London first, and some never go out of that great city. However, there are many more exciting and interesting places across the country. For example, Oxford, Cambridge and Birmingham. There are green hills, quiet little villages, long beaches and beautiful old churches in England. So, England is knew as a beautiful country.The most remarkable building is Big Ben. It is large bell in the tower of the house Houses of Parliament in London, which rings regularly to tell the time and can often be heard on the radio in the UK. The tower of Big Ben is often used to represent the UK. In London, there is also Buckingham Palace. It is the Queen’s London home. When she is staying at the palace, you can see her flag at the front of the building. You can visit some rooms in August and September. 

One of other cities is Birmingham; it is the biggest city after London. At first, there were just twenty-five people in Birmingham, but now there are more than a million. Now, it is famous for music, art, and shopping. For example, Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. You can enjoy to hear them at symphony Hall in Broad Street. 　However, England has coasts and countryside. In particularly, the north area is a country side. The Writer Beatrix Potter came to the Lake District in 1906 and lived here for many years. Children love her book about Peter Rabbit and other little animals. I suspect beautiful England’s nature helped writer write wonderful book.

   When you stand on the golden gave bridge and look east across San Francisco you can see is land, it is very small,but everybody knows its name, "Alcatraz" Every year more than 1.4 million visitors visit this place.

   Alcatraz Island first became an important prison in 1907. AT this time, it was only a prison for soldiers. Then, in the 1930s, the  U.S government needed a place for the most dangerous people in the country-people from wild cities like Chicago or New York. They thought nobody would be able to escape from the Is land of Alcatraz.

The woman looked around my office. She looked at the old funiture and the dirty windows. She looked at the broken blind and the plastic coffeecups in the waste bin. Then she looked at me. I wasn't looking good. I hadn't shaved. And my suit and hair were untidy. The woman didn't spek.

It was suprised to read the last sccene. It is difficult to read for me.

BR:3 Go lovely Rose

Go lovely Rose

This book have three stories.　First, "Go,lovery rose".Second,"The daffodil sky". Third,"The dam". My favorite story is "Go, Lovery Rose." This story is about a young daughter and her father. She has a boy friend. However, her father worries about her too much. So he is lost in fantasies which she may face danger, and he is looking for her anytime. One day, her boyfriend meets her father and calls him sir. Her father is glad to call it. He forgive relationship between her daughter and her boyfriend. And her father regard her as rose and treasure roses  in the garden. This book's title means that rose is his daughter, therefore this title is Go, my lovely daughter.

I was moved title of the book means. I think Her father is a good-natured person.
